Transmission on the iphone
January 2nd, 2009Now this is a cool feature of transmission, the built in web server which allows you to remote control your torrents, is fully iPhone compatible. So once you’ve got your router forwarding the right ports you can check in on your torrents progress from anywhere.
New phone
December 31st, 2008Finally got myself a swanky new iPhone after all these months of waiting. Even after all this build up and anticipation, it doesn’t fail to impress, I am completely in awe, and will probably be unavailable for interaction for the next 24 hours or so! I must tell everyone my new number now or I’ll never get round to it.

…should really notice “adverse system performance” BEFORE every single site that they host (including their own) goes offline for 30 minutes. This is the age of the 24 hour internet culture, people rely on the internet more now than ever for information, and even a brief outage like this can be a real setback.
